JW bewijst dat het opzetten van een volmachtbedrijf geen meerjarenproject hoeft te zijn. Tussen de start in juni 2025 en een volledig operationele volmacht in november zat geen eindeloze bouwfase, geen wachten op releases en geen concessies aan wat een leverancier toevallig aanbiedt. De sleutel was een bewuste keuze voor een andere manier van werken.

Five months. That’s how long JW Volmacht needed to grow from a blank canvas into a fully operational insurance application. The new MGA of JW Verzekeringen started with Novulo in June 2025 to build a complete front, mid, and back office on a single platform. The ambition: excellent digital self-service for customers who are always on the move. Full control over the insurance process. And a modern way of working and communicating. They went live in November.


This year, JW Insurance is launching a new proxy company: JW Volmacht BV. For the digital backbone, the organization consciously opts for Novulo's insurance platform. In doing so, JW Volmacht offers its customers a modern, flexible digital experience and gets full control over products, processes and customer communication. The implementation is done by Insurance Data, Novulo's implementation partner. With Novulo, JW Proxy gets a flexible insurance platform for back, mid and front office. The platform enables the organization to easily configure and manage insurance products, flexibly organize processes, automate workflows and streamline communication across channels. For customers, this means that they can take out a new insurance completely digitally, with minimal manual processing and a fast and error-free experience.


The digital transformation gave retailer Kookpunt a fully integrated POS system for B2B and B2C, enabling efficient inventory management and logistics.


Kiwa R2B developed a reporting tool using citizen development to process fire safety inspection reports more quickly.


DAK Intermediairscollectief, a cooperative of 1,500 advisory offices, faced a major challenge: their old central customer application was no longer future-proof, and dependence on external parties limited their agility. In March 2025, DAK’s own IT team began implementing a new application on the Novulo platform. The system went live on November 1, 2025.
